Product Features
Fiberest® Resistant Dextrin HF is a soluble dietary fiber composed of indigestible polysaccharides that are difficult to be decomposed by human digestive enzymes. Compared to dextrin or starch, it has more indigestible bonds (α-1,6 bonds, α-1,2 bonds, α-1,3 bonds), so it has a dietary fiber content of 90% or more. It is widely used as a food ingredient for functional food as it displays functions such as suppressing postprandial blood sugar rise, improving blood triglycerides, and facilitating bowel movements.
